Quick Start Guide

Introduction

Welcome to LogMyCalls. You have started using a powerful tool for your business. One that will allow you to see clearly how your marketing and sales efforts are affecting your bottom line. One key element to seeing the benefits of using LogMyCalls is to get your tracking numbers out there working for you. One of the first things you need to do is publish your tracking number. Why not start with something as simple as your website or other place on the web that you advertise your services. Ok lets get started familiarizing you with the product.

Requirements

Since LogMyCalls is a SaaS product it requires very little in the way of local resources. Your computer needs speakers to listen to the calls. LogMyCalls is run from a browser on your computer. Compatible browsers include Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Firefox 3.0 or higher, any version of Google chrome. If you have any questions on compatibility please give us a call.

Logging In

LMCLoginTo log in and use the platform is easy it is done right here from the web address www.logmycalls.com. In the upper right hand side notice the login link. Mouse over the link to see the log in screen pictured to the right. Enter your username, your username is the email address you used to sign up for LogMyCalls service. Next enter your password sent to you in your welcome email. Click login and you will be instantly logged into the platform.

Using the software

Home Page Features

LMCHomePageWhen logging in you are greeted by the home page of the application. The home page gives you access to all area of the application. We have put general information here that give you a snapshot of your account. Included is your recent activity so that you may return to a recently visited area. You will see goals you have set up and key metrics at a glance.

Track Page Features

LMCTrackPageThe track page gives you high level summary information for all your tracking numbers and groups. You can filter summary information by group or tracking number. Total call volume, geographic location, call distribution, area codes and call status information is all located in one convenient location.

Listen Page Features

LMCListenPageAll calls from your tracking numbers are available for listening, tagging and adding comments to. Important summary information is viewed in the summary area at the top of the page. All calls can be sorted for viewing by date range or by using the filter features to narrow calls by groups, tracking numbers, users and technology source the call came from.

Score Page Features

LMCScorePageThe score page is where you work with calls that were selected from the listen page. Here you can play the call and fill out scorecards for the call. You can also review a call that was scored and assigned to you for review. Scorecards can grade calls on lead quality or on sales or customer service skills. The top of the page shows summary information about the status of calls that have been submitted for scoring.

Report Page Features

LMCReportPageThe reports page allows you see reports for all aspects of your business. You can view reports about all aspects of your call activities, scorecard activities including scores, quotas and trends. You can see call tagging reports to see what is being talked about most or least in your phone call conversations for all calls that have been tagged. All reports can be filtered using our unique filter features.

LMCGoalsPageCreating goals is a very good way to improve results. The goal page allows you to set up goals around a variety of marketing and sales objectives. Goals will allow you to see how well calls are being handled or how well that marketing campaign is going. Goals come in 5 varieties.

Setup Area Features

LMCSetupAreaThe set up area is where you change any settings for your account and configure how LogMyCalls works for you. See your latest bill, change your subscriptions and edit your users and groups.

You can also provision numbers and create the routes associated with them from the advanced area. Also create and edit scorecards or set up our Teleclick on your website. Use the integrate section to add LogMyCalls to your Google analytics account or to configure a dynamic number for an advertising campaign.
